I will help you gain the awareness needed for the benefit of your greater self, your personal safety, and your quality of life.

As an award-winning author, 4th degree Black Belt, a martial arts instructor of over twenty years, and a practitioner of Frequency Energy Medicine™, I have worked with hundreds of people, specializing in women’s safety and wellness. I am founder of Action Awareness Training and I am currently in the testing process for my Master’s degree in the martial art of Kuk Sool Won.
