With over 30 years of martial arts training and teaching, Lila Reyna is a transformative figure in self-defense and personal empowerment. As a fifth-degree black belt and the founder of Action Awareness Training, she is dedicated to equipping women with the tools to protect themselves and live lives filled with self-worth and purpose. 

Lila's journey in martial arts began as a personal commitment to reclaim her power as an abuse survivor, learning to protect herself and her children. Instead of allowing her past to define her, she transformed her experiences into a catalyst to help others. 

Today, Lila's approach encompasses more than just physical self-defense techniques; she integrates awareness of the mind, body, and spirit. By nurturing all aspects of one's being, participants learn to navigate life with clarity, balance, and strength.
